    Terms of Service for Selma Sunshine Dental

    Welcome to Selma Sunshine Dental. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, patient intake portals, appointment scheduling services, and your enrollment in our patient SMS text messaging program. By accessing our services or opting into our SMS program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    1. General Dental Services and Appointments

    Selma Sunshine Dental provides family, cosmetic, and general dental care services. All appointments made online or via phone must be confirmed by our clinic staff. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify our office at least 24 hours in advance.

    2. SMS Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions (10DLC Compliance)

    • User Opt-In: You consent to receive automated, operational SMS text messages from Selma Sunshine Dental sent through an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile number provided at opt-in. Consent is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of receiving dental treatment or healthcare services.
    • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your active dental treatments, scheduled appointments, and interactions with our front office staff.
    • Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Please review your mobile carrier plan details for specific text messaging fees.
    • Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel our text messaging service at any time by texting STOP to (559) 475-9725 or by replying STOP to any text message you receive from our clinic. After doing so, you will receive one final text message confirming that you have been successfully unsubscribed. No further automated messages will be sent unless you explicitly opt back in.
    • Customer Support: For assistance, information, or technical help, reply HELP to any text message you receive, text HELP directly to (559) 475-9725, or call our office directly.
    • Supported Carriers: Delivery of text messages is subject to the transmission limitations of your wireless service provider. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

    3. Privacy Policy & Patient Confidentiality

    Your medical and personal privacy is strictly protected. Please review our separate Privacy Policy Page to understand our data-handling procedures. In strict compliance with 10DLC carrier rules and healthcare privacy frameworks, our clinic completely prohibits sharing or selling your text messaging opt-in data or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

    4. Limitation of Liability

    Selma Sunshine Dental is not responsible for any mobile network data overages, technical errors, or failure in SMS delivery caused by wireless carrier outages or technical network delays.
